What makes things go south?

I finally got the answer. Someone said that plans without action are just presumptions. On the other hand, action will go in the right direction if it goes along with the plan. Everything seems to be going in the right direction but I don't seem to see the end of this journey yet. I didn't mentally have a good perception of what was coming.
