Axiology

Axiology comes from the Greek words axios (value) and logos (theory) which means the value of theory. Axiology is a branch of philosophy that questions how humans use their knowledge.

Axiology is divided into two :

1)Ethics is a discusses human action about     the good and bad actions

2)Aesthetics is a branch of philosophy that      discusses art and beauty

Branch of Axiology:

*Idealism is knowledge and the highest truth is ideas.

*Paragmatism is anything that proves itself to be true by looking at the beneficial effects or results.

*Intuitionism is an assumption that science can be achieved by direct understanding.

*Hedonism is a view of life that assumes that pleasure and material enjoyment are the main purpose of life.
