The black market is an economic transaction activity that is carried out illegally without a permit and violates the laws applicable in a region or country. Where the result of this black market causes state losses due to the absence of income from the taxation sector. In Indonesia, the black market has developed in various ways, from illegal logging, counterfeiting of goods, sales of prohibited goods and so on. Therefore what must be done to suppress the rate of black market, the government and all levels of society must jointly build commitment and synergy in preventing the growth rate of the black market in Indonesia.
