Why Do We Have To Exercise Regularly?

Not everyone love exercise. A lot of people despise it because they prefer laying in bed rather than sweating around in the gym. But, little did we know that exercise have plenty of advantages. Exercise is one of the most practical and simple ways to maintain a healthy body, but it is still often neglected. 

In fact, by exercising and being active on a regular basis, your body can be fitter and your health will be maintained. And here we are going to talk about all these advantages that most people don't know of. 

1. Increasing your mood and Reduce your stress. 

First off, exercising can help you release your stress and increase your mood to help you doing the rest of your day lightly. There is a chemical in your brain that makes you feel happy, it's called serotonin and endorphins. By doing exercise regularly, the brain will stimulate the production of those happy chemical. 

So, when you're feeling stressed or in a bad mood after a stressful day, try exercising to improve your mood. In order to maximize the benefits of this sport, choose the type of exercise that you like.

2. Weight loss. 

Many people have problems with their weight. Either its too big or too small. Doing regular physical activity can reduce body fat tissue and lose weight and keep it stable. 

This makes exercise important to do to prevent or treat obesity. However, so that the benefits of this one sport can be felt optimally, you also need to maintain an ideal body weight by eating balanced nutritious foods according to your body's needs.

3. Blood Sugar Level Control. 

Exercise can keep blood sugar levels stable, especially in people with type 2 diabetes. Not only that, regular exercise can also prevent insulin resistance which can trigger diabetes.

4. Strengthen Bones and Muscles. 

Exercising is very beneficial for building and strengthening muscles. Doing regular exercise can make our body absorb large amounts of amino acids, which help the growth and development of the body.

5. Improve Sleep Quality. 

Last but not least, exercising daily can improve you sleep quality. It is needed especially for those who have insomnia. Body temperature will decrease when sleeping if we exercise regularly. This is what allows us to sleep soundly for a long time. In addition, regular exercise is very beneficial for people with sleep disorders and provides a great relaxing sensation.

Based on all these advantages, it is very perfect for all of us to start exercising regularly. If you think it's too late to start exercising you are absolutely wrong. It's never too late to start exercising because these benefits will be used when we're older and we'll thank our younger self to take care of our body early.
