Assemble the Cookies:Â
* Scoop the cookie dough using an icecream scooper. Filled the dough with the creamcheese filling.Â
* Repeat with the remaining cookie dough.
* Chill the dough for atleast 30 minutes.
* Bake in the preheated oven (350F) for 13 minutes, or until the edges are set but the centers are slightly soft. Do not overbake.
*Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely
