On Sunday, December 19, 2021, at 13:00, the webinar held by AIESEC in UMM with the theme "Creating Your Space: Connect With Yourself, Connect With Productivity" has become an issue that is now busy about Toxic Productivity. Toxic productivity is the abnormal desire to be productive all the time. However, excessive productivity can actually cause burnout and interfere with mental health which actually makes you less than optimal in carrying out productive activities.

Starting from the number of young people who become workaholics or what is called toxic productivity or hustle culture, where when they see other people busy, they will feel they are cool and must be followed, but in this context, workaholics will do many things and put aside rest. or free time.

Those who have entered this stage will feel that they will look good if they always look productive even if there is free time they will look for other activities and feel guilty during breaks. This problem is what makes AIESEC in UMM hold a webinar with the theme of productivity, which is expected that young people can realize mental health about productivity so that their mindset is more correct if toxic productivity is a mistake.

IMPACT CIRCLE with DANONE in collaboration with BANTEX, TABULA.ID, SCHOTERS, CAKAP as partners also want to contribute to young people through this webinar and invite 4 professional speakers in their fields. More than 130 participants took part in the activities at the end of 2021.

From psychology lecturers to doctors, this event was hosted by Arn Alne Marino H. Commonly called Eii, a Tiktok and Instagram influencer as a moderator, as an opening act, William Chayawan, a co-founder of Tabula.id, a consultation platform on mental health, discussed the topic "What's The Important Maintaining Mental Health During the Pandemic", the material delivered relates to today's youth in the Quarter Life Crisis.

As for Mr. Ahmad Sulaiman or usually called Mr. Mada, a psychology lecturer at the University of Muhammadiyah Malang as the speaker "Toxic Productivity: is it harmful or not?" Mr. Mada quoted from the song Indies-Sufficient he said that the prefix of this song really describes the situation of today's workaholic youths "when was the last time you could sleep peacefully" they (young people) always put rest and sleep aside. Always have a desire for excessive busyness.

Furthermore, the material was delivered by dr. Salma Kyana is a doctor and founder of Kontakdiri.id, a platform and youth community about mental health education. At the end of her presentation, all audiences are invited to get to know themselves better through the topic "Know yourself, know your worth" and to meditate together virtually in this session it is enough. impressed all the audience because this webinar provides an activity to invite meditating as a workshop activity in this webinar.. apart from aiming to get to know yourself better, this meditation also aims to calm yourself down.

Then the material closed with the topic "What can youth do to face the toxic productivity for better mental health" presented by the co-founder of Imbangdiri, Insira Yumna, a medical student who has a passion related to mental health.

Become a topic that makes young people aware that there is nothing wrong with taking a break, and taking a break  from all work is also important apart from just sleeping.

When people around us often reprimand our busyness, it is already a sign of entering toxic productivity, said Insira in delivering her material. Participants were also given the opportunity to watch the rebroadcast via Youtube AIESEC in UMM.
