As quoted from Psychology Today, needs are limited. However, desires are unlimited. Instill in yourself that you don't have to have everything. You don't have to fulfill every desire that comes to your mind. At least, you can fulfill your needs. Prioritize from what you really need to what you just want.
3.Focus on developing your hobbies
Turn your attention to other activities that you love. Cooking, sports, painting whatever you like
4.Apply Joy Of Missing Out (JOMO)
Joy Of Missing Out (JOMO) is the opposite of Fear Of Missing Out (FOMO). JOMO means being calm or accepting when you miss out on something. Remember that to be happy, you don't have to follow all the trends.
5. Change Perception
You need to make more effort to turn negative thoughts into positive ones. You can “fast” from social media for a while if necessary. Additionally, you must have the ability to control your thoughts so that you do not dwell on unimportant negative things.
