In Recent times, balanced nutrition has become a significant role for a well-conditioned life. Is balanced diet the greatest factors for healthful life? Some people said that healthy diet intake have the greatest effect for healthy life. However, I would argue that other factors are equally important for several reasons.
A healthy diet enhances our health. Several diseases like heart disease, cancer, stroke, and diabetes are caused by unhealthy diet. For instance, many fast-foods, including drinks and sides, are filled with carbohydrates with little to no fibre.Â
Excessive carbs elevate blood glucose level and can cause diabetes. Besides that, insufficient fibre consumption may also raise cholesterol level because there is not enough fibre to bind and remove cholesterol. Moreover, balance diet is essential to support cell growth that requires carbohydrates, protein, lipids, minerals, and vitamins. Research has shown that less protein in regime cause serious effect on cell growth. Â Â
However, life style is also as important as previous factor. A balanced diet will not give significant effect on health if people  are not active. Several disorders like muscle and joint disease are triggered by passive life style. Research has shown that these diseases could be prevented by a combination of a healthy diet and exercise. Furthermore, higher mobility can help to increase metabolism.
To conclude, a balanced diet and active life style are important factors for a healthful life. Collaboration of these factors prevent several diseases and maintain our health. Â
