Sistem Produksi

Sebelum mengenal lebih dalam tentang sistem produksi kita harus tahu dulu apa arti dari sistem produksi lohh. 

Sistem produksi merupakan sekumpulan proses dan aktivitas yang terhubung untuk mengubah bahan baku menjadi produk jadi. Sistem ini meliputi berbagai aspek, seperti perencanaan, pengadaan bahan baku, manufaktur, hingga distribusi produk.

nah sistem ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan produk yang berkualitas dengan efisiensi dan biaya yang optimal. Hal ini dicapai dengan mengoptimalkan penggunaan sumber daya, seperti tenaga kerja, mesin, dan bahan baku.

Komponen Utama dalam sistem produksi adalah

• Input seperti Bahan baku, tenaga kerja, mesin, dan informasi.
• Proses seperti Pengolahan bahan baku menjadi produk jadi.
• Output seperti Produk jadi, limbah, dan informasi.

Jenis-jenis Sistem Produksi juga harus kita ketahui , sebagai berikut :

• Berdasarkan aliran proses:
  • Sistem produksi massal
  • Sistem produksi berkelanjutan
  • Sistem produksi intermitten
• Berdasarkan jenis produk:
  • Sistem produksi project
  • Sistem produksi job order
  • Sistem produksi batch

Nah , sistem produksi juga bermanfaat , sebagaimana untuk 

• Meningkatkan efisiensi dan produktivitas
• Meningkatkan kualitas produk
• Mengurangi biaya produksi
• Meningkatkan daya saing

Dalam penerapan sistem produksi bisa di contohkan sebagai berikut :

tetapi dalam sistem produksi kita harus memahami :
