Cancer Dance©

Cancer Dance© is a Relaxation Technique based on Unconscious Breath System© and Hyphenated© Hypnotherapy, that developed by Untung HP SIP MSI, Professional Clinical and Medical Hypnotherapist that located and practice at Palembang, South Sumatera, Indonesia.

Cancer Dance© had been tested and verified tightly under experimental control, proven so useful to strengthen immune system, nerve and neuro endocrine systems of people with Cancer. This dance also can lessen the effect of Immuno suppression that resulted from the drugs medication process and well developing of emotional harmony of the patient by reducing significantly the stress and anxiety level of the patients.

Before try this dance, and practice it, make sure you will at first take advice from your doctor about how to take an alternative healing medication practice safely. And please take your time to join the user community of Cancer Dance© by send an email to: senamkanker@yahoo.com to get some complimentary forms, such as Anchoring List, Post Practice Improvement Worksheet for patient and the doctor, and etc.

At first, may be it will take a longer time to accomplish this Cancer Dance© at once, but at next practice you should only need time 10 – 15 minutes to do it. We suggest whoever practices this dance to do it daily, better at early morning, and make sure you will do it every day without leave a day for a series of 5 days.

Here are the step by step of Cancer Dance©:

FIRST STEP

Stand up position, Focus and Concentrate on your breath, and imagine in your mind eye the pictures of images or feeling of your healing outcomes and targets.

SECOND STEP

Lower Your Brain Wave

Standup, spreadout your legs, spread out your right and left hand to its sided, hold this position.

Inhale deep from your nose, hold for a second, exhale out of your mouth

After minimal 3x focused breath exercises:

Say your intention in 4 ways with your eyes closed:

1.Say without using tounge: "O god (call your God's name), O Allah, give me the cure so I can forget about my illness because thy healing grace alone"

2.Say with tounge silently: “O god (call your God's name), O Allah, give me the cure so I can forget about my illness because thy healing grace alone"

3.Say with tounge moderately loud: "O god (call your God's name), O Allah, give me the cure so I can forget about my illness because thy healing grace alone"

4.Say with tounge loudly: "O god (call your God's name), O Allah, give me the cure so I can forget about my illness because thy healing grace alone"

Close by say: “Heal me and forgive us”

THIRD STEP

Back to Steady Stand Up Position

Stand up position, Focus and Concentrate on your breath, feel your body become heavy and relax, and your breathing slower and deeper than before

Inhale deep from your nose, hold for a second, exhale out of your mouth

Close your eyes, and enter the right hand index finger and your left in your ear, while still concentrate on breathing you do, listen to universal energy flow in your body, like the sound of rushing waterfalls, listen carefully ... than be humble to your god (say his name), feel your humbleness and ask for cure and health, instead of need for perfection you will leave it only for God, and more accepting your self.. keep listen that cosmic energy flow vividly and clear for a seconds..

FORTH STEP

Healing Energy Concentration and Distribution, Neuro and Endocrine System Strengthening.

Sit Down Position, you can sit duduk bersila, atau duduk diatas kedua kaki anda. Posisi duduk diatas kedua kaki anda lebih direkomendasikan.

Inhale deep from your nose, hold for a second, exhale out of your mouth

Close your eyes, point the position of your eyes behind your closed eyelids just like to see your hair through your forehead, and imagine there is a white light like a bright light shining in your forehead, continue to imagine and concentration while keeping your breathing deep and slow, then after a deep breath in from your nose, while breathing in as you draw or create the path of the breath hold up from under your navel to your crown, then breathe out through your mouth, and imagine when you do this, you throw away all your pains and negative emotions left out of your body, repeat it 2 times, and feel like there's the flow of energy that got to follow your breath when moving from below the navel at Inhale and concentrate on your crown, then point energy to the base of the back of your brain (upper part of your neck / vagus), feel it so real, and breathing slowly while continuing to perform as before, next point the energy stream to wards the heart inyour left chest, feel real, and then navigate back to your belly region and all other organs of your stomach, and then navigate to the whole body from your head to your toe. Repeat once again. And still when you breathe out imagine all diseases, negative feelings, the pain leaving your body.

FIFTH STEP

Essential Imagery, Hyphenated©, DNA Harmonization, and Hormonal Balances Tuning.

Still Sit Down Position

Inhale deep from your nose, hold for a second, exhale out of your nose also, clench your teeth.

With eyes keep closing, slowly after you maintaining and keep doing the breath path that you inhale and exhale from your nose, do this breath deeply and slower, repeat it 3 times, than imagine your picture as a cured and healed person, off course without any need of perfection, please remember this and easily you are understood its feel and meaning, after your done this for a seconds, try to not think anything.. just concentrate upon your nose inhale and exhale breathing, after seconds, keep the breath path; and say moderately with your tounge this numbers:

1639 (vocalizes “one, six, three, nine”)

1998 (vocalizes “one nine nine eight”)

Repeat it 3 times (you will get the meaning and purposes of these anchors at email group), than go on, say moderately also this words:

(Thoo, Lamm, Khoo, Ghoinn)

(Hhaa, Shoodd, Zhoo, Ghoinn)

Next, re-concentration and focus on your breath path, and imagine your spine from the top of your neck to the base of your ass (coccyx) such as shaking, imagine you turn into healthy DNA recovered for a seconds, and than go on by imagine and feel the differences feeling of HOT AND WET, COLD AND WET, HOT AND DRY, COLD AND DRY. Bring the taste of the body or body parts, make sure you feel, flavor-it is clear that different from one another. Repeat this 2 times, and give more concentration and focus to feel COLD AND WET. Feel the difference as clearly as possible the flavor and taste of each COLD AND WET in your body, repeat also this COLD AND WET imagery for 2 times.

Still Sit Down Position

Inhale deep from your nose, hold for a second, exhale out of your nose also, and clench your teeth.

With eyes keep closing, do not think anything at your mind, let your breath path thinking what ever it wants to think inside that breath path.. so make it easy.. do not think anything, just enjoy the calmness, and the silences, and let your breath that do the thinking process. Keep this feeling for a minute. And than prepare to finish.
