The Keuchik Leumik Mosque is one of the mosques in Aceh, precisely in Banda Aceh City. This mosque was built by a large family of Keuchik Leumik who are famous gold merchants in Aceh. The inauguration of the mosque was carried out by the PLT of the Governor of Aceh, Nova Iriansyah on Monday, January 28, 2019. The Keuchik Leumik Mosque is located on the banks of the Aceh river more precisely in the village of Lamseupeung, Lueng Bata District, Banda Aceh.
The Keuchik Mosque Leumik has a very thick Middle Eastern architectural style. Where there is a lot of calligraphy on each wall and that is very visible in the pulpit area that gives the impression of luxury. The Keuchik Leumik Mosque has five domes consisting of one large dome in the center and surrounded by four small domes. Has a towering tower.
When entering the mosque area it looks very clean and comfortable. Moreover, around the mosque is surrounded by palm trees that feel a lot of Arabic nuances and when they enter the mosque, it looks like the Middle East. This mosque has sufficient facilities.
Besides the mosque there is an Aceh house that is used for recitation activities by the local community. Under the house of Aceh it can be used for parking areas. There is also the office and library of the Keuchik Leumik Educational Foundation behind the Aceh home.

The Keuchik Leumik Mosque is more accessible because it is not far from the city center. We can use a car or motorcycle to access it. If you want to visit this mosque, just follow the Aceh river bank on the left after the bridge to Simpang Surabaya from the direction of Jambo Tape.
