What is Life coaching? 

Life coaching is a collaborative relation between a coach and his client to assist the client in his personal as well as professional life. Professional life coach identifies your problems and then helps you to achieve success by overcoming all hurdles. A life coach works on the self-esteem and confidence of his client. 

A  life coach is someone who uses the strength and weakness of the client in his success. A life coach guides all perspectives of life, not only of the personal life but also about your career and professional life. Life coach mentoring is a process of guiding and giving advice about the specific problem.  

Life coach or a mentor helps the person to achieve specific skills and relevant goals by giving proper guidance and giving direction towards success. There is a little difference between a coach and a mentor. 

A coach is someone who guides someone in a specific field based on their professional experience while a mentor is a person who gives advice to someone based on their personal experience. So, life coaching and mentoring is a little bit different based on professional and personal experiences.
