This research aims to analyze the role of intellectual property rights (IPR) in encouraging creative economic growth in Indonesia. Based on a literature review and secondary data analysis, IPR is proven to be important in protecting innovation, encouraging creativity, and increasing the competitiveness of creative economy products in domestic and international markets. IPR provides legal certainty for creative economy actors to utilize the results of their work commercially, thus encouraging the emergence of innovative businesses, increasing the added value of products, and attracting investment. However, challenges such as low public awareness about IPR and complex registration procedures are still challenges. This research recommends that the government and stakeholders increase public awareness, influence the IPR registration process, and provide stronger support to creative economy actors.
