Selayaknya, pimpinan sekolah, perancang kurikulum pendidikan dan guru mulai mempelajari panduan penggunaan waktu optimal dan penguatan perilaku sehat agar bisa diterapkan di sekolah.
Oleh karena itu, pemerintah perlu segera mengadaptasi panduan global yang telah ada dengan menggunakan pendekatan penelitian ilmiah, lalu menyusun kebijakan publik tentang penggunaan waktu optimal di sekolah.
Karena dibutuhkan lebih dari sekedar niat baik untuk membantu pelajar mampu mengelola waktunya secara optimal.
