Nowadays, the coronavirus is designated as a global pandemic that has entered Indonesia. Coronavirus cases were first detected in Indonesia in March, 2020. The number of positive cases of Coronavirus has increased. This addition was accompanied by negative cases of coronavirus, cases recovered, and patients died. one of the factors of coronavirus spread is caused by weather.

Firstly, I think that the environmental temperature affects the survival and spread of the virus. Because viruses can reproduce at a certain temperature. Like the influenza virus which is more easily spread at low temperature. In addition, weather can affect the body's immunity against viruses. Temperature changes that occur will cause certain symptoms. For example, in cold weather, it tends to cause complaints of colds and nasal congestion. and in hot temperatures can increase dehydration.

Based on journals published by Science of the Total Environment that there are five factors that are thought to be correlated with spread of coronavirus. That is temperature minimum, temperature maximum, average temperature , humidity and rainfall. The result of these studies explain that only the average temperature was significantly correlated with coronavirus (r = 0.392; p < 0.001) with the lowest average temperature of 26.1C and the highest temperature of 28.6C. Temperature minimum, temperature maximum, average temperature, humidity and rainfall were not significantly correlated with coronavirus. The weather is the most important factor in influencing the spread of the coronavirus. Because the coronavirus can live in any temperature.

To sum up, I believe that temperature is an important factor that can stop the spread of coronavirus. The coronavirus can spread in the temperature range of 26.1C until 28.6C. I think that a good immune system plays a role in fighting the coronavirus. So we have to stay fit to avoid the corona virus by adopting a healthy lifestyle.
