Majidah Aqifah Mania. Lahir di Jakarta 18 Oktober 2000, merupakan anak kedua dari pasangan Bapak H. Matsani S.Pd dan Hj. Ibu Siti Ni’mah S.Ag, M.M. Pendidikan: Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Al-Wathoniyah 5 lulus tahun 2012, Madrasah Tsanawiyah Pondok Pesantren Al-Hamid Jakarta lulus tahun 2015, Madrasah Aliyah Pondok Pesantren Al-Hamid Jakarta lulus tahun 2018, Jurusan Kesehatan Masyarakat Universitas Muhammadiyah Prof Dr Hamka lulus tahun 2022. MOTIVASI melanjutkan studi Pascasarjana Manajemen Pendidikan Islam di UIN Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung adalah untuk dapat mempelajari mengenai bidang disiplin ilmu khususnya pada rumpun Pendidikan islam serta belajar mengenai manajerial administrasi pada dunia Pendidikan.

In recent years, the education sector has undergone a profound transformation, driven by the integration of digital technologies in monitoring and evaluation processes. This shift has introduced new tools and methodologies that enhance the accuracy and efficiency of educational assessments, promising a future where data-driven insights can significantly improve teaching and learning outcomes.

Digital Transformation in Education Monitoring

Over the past five years, digital transformation has revolutionized education monitoring. New technologies, such as big data and data analytics, have been adopted by educational institutions to track student progress and the effectiveness of teaching methods. These technologies enable real-time data collection, providing a more accurate and detailed view of the educational process. Through Learning Management Systems (LMS), data related to attendance, participation, and student outcomes can be accessed and analyzed more efficiently.

Utilization of Online Evaluation Applications 

Online evaluation applications have become essential tools in the education evaluation process. Platforms like Google Classroom, Edmodo, and Moodle offer features that facilitate the creation, distribution, and grading of assignments and exams. These applications simplify administrative tasks and allow for immediate feedback, enabling students to quickly identify their strengths and weaknesses. This positively impacts student motivation and overall learning quality. 

Implementation of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in Learning Analysis 

Artificial Intelligence (AI) is being utilized in learning analysis to provide deeper insights into the effectiveness of teaching methods and curricula. AI can analyze student learning patterns and offer personalized recommendations tailored to individual needs. For example, AI systems can identify students who need additional support and suggest appropriate interventions. This approach not only enhances learning outcomes but also helps reduce educational disparities across different regions.

Challenges and Opportunities in the Digital Era 

Despite the benefits of digital transformation, several challenges need to be addressed. One significant challenge is the technological access gap between urban and rural areas. Additionally, the training and readiness of educators to use new technologies are crucial factors. However, the opportunities presented by the digital era are substantial. With proper investment in infrastructure and training, along with supportive policies, digital innovation can drive significant advancements in education monitoring and evaluation in the future.

The digital transformation in education has revolutionized monitoring and evaluation processes through big data, AI, and online assessment tools, enhancing teaching effectiveness and student outcomes. Despite challenges such as technological access disparities, the potential benefits of these innovations are substantial with appropriate infrastructure and training investments.
