Overuse of screens can cause anxiety and interfere with sleep. Establish social media usage limits, take regular breaks from electronics, and set aside screen time to concentrate on pastimes, exercise, or spending time with friends.

5. Stay Connected with Others

Developing and preserving relationships can have a big impact on your mental health. Having a solid support system of friends and family can make you feel heard and encouraged when things get tough. Try to engage in groups or school events to network, and don't be afraid to express your emotions to a trusted person.

Your mental well-being is just as, if not more, crucial than your academic achievement. Developing healthy habits, controlling stress, and making use of the resources at your disposal will help you succeed in college. Never forget that you're not alone in this journey.
