The following is the plot of the Wednesday film from the first episode to the last episode.
Episode 1 "Wednesday's Child is Full of Woe."
The first episode of "Wednesday" is titled "Wednesday's Child is Full of Woe."
  The episode starts with students arriving for classes at Nancy Reagan High School. Wednesday finds her little brother Pugsley tied up in her locker and left an apple in his mouth. She unties him from the ropes, and they talk about their parents.
   Later that day, Wednesday spots the gift her dad left for her. She decides to make Thing into her loyal helper and escapes the school. Principal Larissa drives her to her therapist’s appointment as she wants to keep an eye on her. Wednesday asks to go to the toilet in the middle of the appointment, escapes through the toilet window, and heads to the nearest cafe across the street to get information on how to leave the town.
  Through an attempt to escape Nevermore Academy during her court-mandated therapy session in the local town of Jericho, Wednesday meets Tyler, a boy who is also trying to escape his own problems.
  At the end of the day, her parents call, and she begrudgingly admits she loves being in the school.
Episode 2 "Woe is the Loneliest Number".
In this episode, Wednesday investigates the mystery surrounding Rowan's death and his subsequent reappearance at Nevermore Academy. She finds suspicious connections between her family and the school's dark history. Wednesday also discovers a secret society and participates in dangerous school games. She finds a weird mask in a secret compartment under Rowan's bed, which provides more clues to the mystery. Meanwhile, the sheriff questions Wednesday about the strange happenings of the night. Wednesday faces off against a fierce rival in the cutthroat Poe Cup race. The episode ends with Wednesday being arrested after her classmate’s alert Principal Weems about her methods of torture to make Tyler confess.
Episode 3 "Friend or Woe".
In Episode 3 of "Wednesday," titled "Friend or Woe," the episode starts where the previous episode left off, with Wednesday captured in the secret Nightshade room. She wakes up from her vision and spots the monster lurking nearby. She chases it into the woods and discovers that the monster can transform into a human. Wednesday tries to show Xavier the monster's footprints, but they have disappeared. During Outreach Day, Nevermore's outcasts mingle with Jericho's "normies" in Pilgrim World. Wednesday stumbles upon a secret society and questions the principal about her decision to hide the truth. The principal tells her that she can't risk having Nevermore ruined on her watch. Wednesday's kidnappers reveal themselves to be other students dressed up in their Nightshades gear. Eugene reminds Wednesday of her brother, and she intervenes on his behalf when he is being bullied. From Tyler, Wednesday learns that the old pilgrim house is now a ruin out in the woods where sketchy and troubled people gather to do drugs and such.
