She is also an engaged member of the International Poetry and Literature Community (ACC) in Shanghai and has been appointed as Indonesia’s Poetry Ambassador for the ACC Shanghai Huifeng International Literary Association. Additionally, Leni participates in the Victoria's Writers Association in Australia. Since 2006, she has dedicated herself to teaching in the English Language and Literature Study Program at the Faculty of Languages and Arts, Universitas Negeri Padang.
