This poem was originally published in Leni Marlina's personal poetry collection in 2020, revised for the first time in 2023, and later published digitally in 2024 after the second revision.
Since 2006, the author has served as a lecturer at the Faculty of Languages and Arts, Universitas Negeri Padang. She is also the founder and head of the World Children's Literature Community (WCLC). In addition, she has been an active member of the Satu Pena Writers Association of West Sumatra since 2022 and has been involved with the Victoria Writers Association in Australia since 2012, and Hong Kong ACC International Community since 2024.
