From February 17, 1977 onwards, Jogi Hendra Atmaja has been active in the consumer goods food and beverage sector as the creator of PT Mayora Indah Tbk. What is the real name of Jogi Hendra Atmaja? He is born in Jakarta in 1946, he is now approximately 78 years old and chooses to keep his religious beliefs confidential. Jogi, from a background of Chinese immigrants, established his initial cookie manufacturing plant, Inbisco, in 1970.

His three children are Andre Sukendra Atmaja (born 1975), Hendarta Atmaja (born 1978), and Wardana Atmaja (born 1979). They all have roles on the board of directors at PT Mayora Indah Tbk. Andre took on the role of CEO in 2011, while Hendarta has served as supply chain director since 2010, and Wardana has been in charge as the general and operational director since 2011. Jogi registered for his studies at Trisakti University's Faculty of Medicine in Jakarta.

Jogi Hendra Atmaja, Drus Raden Sudikdo, and Ir Dharmawan Kurnia established PT Mayora Indah Tbk on February 17, 1977, with its initial factory situated in Tangerang. Since 1977, Jogi has been both the founder and owner of the company, as well as serving as the president commissioner.

PT Mayora Indah Tbk, founded by Jogi and his associates, manufactures a diverse range of food and drink items. One of the initial items that became famous in Indonesia was the Roma Coconut Biscuit, which experienced a surge in popularity during the 1970s. Mayora expanded their business in the late 1980s by introducing Kopiko candy, which quickly became a best-selling product in Indonesia as there were no competitors offering a similar product at that time. After satisfying the needs of the Indonesian market, Mayora became a publicly traded company in 1990 with an initial share price of IDR 9,300.

In addition to producing snacks, Mayora also entered the packaged beverage market, with one of its most famous products being Teh Pucuk Harum. The company expanded further into other product markets, including packaged mineral water, collaborating with PT Tirta Fresindo to create Le Minerale. To strengthen its production capabilities, five factories were established in Makassar, Medan, Pasuruan, Ciawi, and Sukabumi, and two additional factories were built in Palembang and Cianjur in 2016 to compete with other mineral water brands.

As of now, Mayora Group has many well-known products, including Kopiko, Kiss, Roma Biscuits, Sari Gandum, Bengbeng, Astor, Chokichoki, Torabika, and Energen. Besides serving as president commissioner of PT Mayora Indah Tbk, Jogi Hendra Atmaja also holds similar positions in PT Unita Branindo, PT Torabika Eka Semesta, and PT Kako Mas Gemilang, as well as serving as commissioner for PT Sinar Pangan Barat and PT Sinar Pangan Timur.

In 2023, Forbes ranked Jogi Hendra Atmaja and his family among the top 50 richest people, placing them at number 11 with a net worth of $4.4 billion. According to Forbes' official website, Jogi Hendra Atmaja and his family currently have a wealth of $4.4 billion.
