Leaders are more motivational.

Hmmm... Something like you tweet (twitter) or make status (facebook) with inspirational quotes. In serious way, or in joke way. Make everybody enjoy social media and get something.

Ability to cultivate that type of group.

Yeah, something like you can organize the group or community. Like you are the hero/heroine from social media. Try to contribute everything you know to make better mind for every people.
