Tourism in Indonesia is the biggest income in Indonesia, especially small companies, micro, souvenirs, stalls, restaurants because not only from within the country but also foreign tourists.

Development is accelerated and investment is increased, but there is competition between investors and residents

If tourism is managed by the community itself, the economy will also improve, but it is different if you work for investors who claim the tourism.

Tourism corporations are very widespread even though tourism has been managed by the village community themselves from the start, starting from tourism improvements to environmental management.

A struggle always occurs if a tourist attraction booms and supports the economic growth. This struggle occurs between the investors and the local residents of the tourist attraction.

In the end, if the residents do not agree, forced evictions will be carried out in the residents' areas, not only that, a ceasefire will be held if there are still many residents who refuse or are difficult to control.

Another bad impact is the construction of the Komodo park, which was originally a natural conservation park, which has become a super premium tourist attraction, where this development will threaten the beauty and habitat of the Komodo dragons.

Apart from that, there will be a lot of development of mass tourism concepts by clearing out natural conversions such as in the Bali and NTT straits

The reason villages cannot improve their economy is because some villages do not release their land for tourism needs or facilities, they prefer to manage their land for rice fields and planting other crops.

It's good that some of the investors are colonialists who disrupt several cultural events such as the construction of hotels on the coast of Bali, disrupting the worship activities of the Balinese people, sometimes even not allowed by the hotel.

Investors exploit a lot of the environment and areas of village communities, for example taking mining materials, marble, which exceeds the limit, leading to many evictions of people's houses, the community considers that their rights have been taken by investors.
