The conclusions are the existing of investment laws and regulations shall be implemented appropriately. Elements of the legal structure itself must perform the legal substance appropriate, therefor it will make an impact of a good legal culture. The absence of laws and regulations for the time being can be replaced by policies in accordance with existing laws and regulations, but the government must be quickly to issue these laws and regulations to maintain legal certainty in order to establish continuity investment in Indonesia.
