I’ve been inspired by a man dancer of Dayak in the youtube video titled Documentary Film of Central Kalimantan” that was uploaded by myself. In which He has performed an ancient dance which is so called “Kenyah”.
Everytime I saw the dancer, I’ve been always trigerred of thinking in a curious mind, that thereafter, I were must doing something in my mind ......, but I didn’t know what it was.
Meanwhile, in coming of older age, my body healthiness was decreasing, I’ve got several troubles of unstable or over limit of indicators of my health such as diabetes, cholesterol, triglyceride acid, uric acid, hypertency, stomach acid and hair loosing.
I’ve done several ways of treatment in improving health of mine. Sport, herbal, food, living style are important to be adjusted. However, those all has had a positive impact on me, but there stood still the permanent feeling of no freshness of my body.
One day, I’d just finished using sport static bicycle, then took a rest. Although, after did the sport, I’d got a feeling about my body was not very fresh. While wacthing a TV in my room, I had remembered the Dayak dancer, and he was stimulating me to cross my hands, moving them while in contact, but was no effect.
Unintentionally, at the crossing contact of my hands, I made a try to press and rub, or like saw while shaking each other of them, in which I’ve got a feeling a very enjoyable treatment. So I’ve improving the limited way to many ways of treatment styles.
Based on the above experience, I made this video for all of you. But, this is only the basic course. Don’t hesitate to do it yourself and taking the advantages freely and healthy. You are thereafter off course, should not be denied to find more and more improvement from the very basic ways of mine. DFS is everybody’s cleverness freedom to practise fitness.
Umumnya terapi kebugaran mengutamakan pergerakkan sendi-sendi / otot. Jika hanya gerakan sendi / otot saja tidak cukup membuat badan segar.
