Listening to music while sleeping has become quite a popular habit. On the one hand, the strains of music can help someone fall asleep faster and feel more relaxed. However, on the other hand, this habit can also have a negative impact on sleep quality. Fast-tempo music can keep the brain active and make it difficult to truly relax. Song lyrics can also ring in the mind and make it difficult to fall asleep. On the other hand, using headphones while sleeping also risks damaging your hearing.

Here are 3 reasons why listening to music while sleeping can be beneficial:

1. Helps Relaxation: Music with a slow tempo and soft tones can relieve stress and anxiety, helping the body and mind relax more. This is very useful for those who have difficulty sleeping due to an overactive mind.

2. Improves Sleep Quality: Several studies have shown that listening to music before bed can improve sleep quality. Music can help reduce the time it takes to fall asleep and increase the duration of deep sleep.

3. Reduces Insomnia: For people with insomnia, music can be an effective aid. By creating a calm and soothing atmosphere, music can help overcome difficulty sleeping and improve overall sleep quality.
