Surakarta - In the festive atmosphere of Car Free Day (CFD) on Sunday (24/11), the Surakarta City Council Secretariat (Setwan) used this momentum to socialize the Legal Documentation and Information Network (JDIH) to the public. This activity was not only a place to introduce JDIH as a digital platform that provides legal information easily and quickly, but also presented Zumba exercises with Zumba Instructor (ZIN) Darren, which invited the enthusiasm of visitors.
The lively atmosphere and cheerful crowd highlighted the success of the event. Sanggita (21), one of the enthusiastic participants, shared, "This is my first time attending an event like this, so it's really exciting! I got knowledge about the law, can join Zumba gymnastics, and there are still attractive prizes too. I didn't expect legal education to be this fun!," she said with a smile.
Legal Education in the Digital Age, Kinkil Sultanul Hakim, Secretary of the Regional Representative Council (DPRD) of Surakarta city, who was also present, conveyed the importance of increasing legal literacy in the community.
"The socialization of JDIH is a strategic step to bring the public closer to legal information, especially Regional Regulations (Perda) issued by the DPRD and Surakarta City Government. We hope that through this platform, the public can access legal information more easily and transparently," said Kinkin.
JDIH is designed as a practical solution for the public to download relevant legal documents, metadata and abstracts. This step is a commitment  of Surakarta City Council in supporting public information disclosure.
The event was made even more lively by the distribution of exclusive merchandise, such as eco-friendly tumblers, for visitors who participated in Zumba exercises. To get the prizes, participants had to follow JDIH's social media accounts, tag their posts, and support Setwan's digital platform on Tiktok. Â Â
