1.You’re not smart enough to speak English
Everyone has ability to speak English even if your mother tongue is not English. When you watch English lesson in any spaces but you’re still able to understand what that lesson said. That is proof that you are smart enough, but you must believe that fact. You’re smart enough. Stop saying you’re not smart enough to speak English. Focus on you goal to speak English fluently.
2. You don’t know enough vocabulary
You see in reality you find yourself using same vocabulary words over and over again, that’s true. But it’s not that you don’t know enough vocabulary words, instead is that you haven’t put into practice the vocabulary words that you have learned. There are tons of English vocabulary words that you’ve learned from English lesson or even by listening to different English podcast or watching English films. You have learned them but you haven’t had the opportunity to use them yet. Change that and start putting into practice the vocabulary that is in your brain.
3. Your pronunciation is bad
Let’s got an example in America, there are so many different cultures such as Indian Americans, Japanese Americans, African Americans, and so forth. So that they have many different accents in America. So, stop saying that your pronunciation is bad, because if you do so when you go to speak English with another native English, you will get nervous in your brain and that takes away your confidence. Speaking English confidently and fluently because your confidence is so important.
4. English is too hard
English is not an easy language to learn, but you can study following a certain system or method that makes the process enjoyable. Find your enjoy way to learn it. Stop telling yourself English is too hard because the moment you say it, your brain says “okay, I’m not going to make any effort to help you conquer this language. I’m not going to help you to reach your goal because you were saying it is too hard”. Well, you have to figure out what you can do to enjoy the process, follow a course or teacher or any else. But you need to find something that makes English enjoyable.
