These are tips for caring for facial skin from my own experience. Sometimes we don't care about facial hygiene which we often ignore. Especially for women this is very important.Â
1. Regular exercise
2. Sleep regularly (avoid Staying up late)
3. Clean your face at least 3 times a day
4. Drink a lot of waterÂ
5. Wipe your face with a clean tissue or towel
6. Double cleansing of the face when going to sleep
7. Avoid spicy food
8. Avoid fatty foods
9. Avoid mercury make up
10. Avoid excessive make up
