Memandu di Jembatan Kota Intan

Hallo,nama saya Eka Indah Yuliani biasa dipanggil Eka, saya adalah mahasiswa STP Trisakti yang beruntung mendapatkan beasiswa unggulan kemendikbud tahun 2019.

Dikesempatan kali ini saya akan mengajak teman-teman belajar bagaimana caranya memandu wisata di Jembatan Kota Intan dengan menggunakan Bahasa inggris.

Yang pertama tentunya kita berada di bagian introducing, yaitu :

• Hello ladies and gentleman ,good morning, how r you today? Have you had your breakfast?
• I wanna say welcome or selamat datang in Indonesia language to Jakarta city
• I hope you enjoy to stay and trip at here
• First of all let me introduce my self, my name is eka indah Yuliani, you can call me eka, and I am here to be your guide today specially at jembatan kota emas and toko merah, I hope you anjoy this tour

Setelah itu kita menceritakan tentang Jembatan Kota Intan

• So ladies and gentlemen now we are at jembatan kota intan. Kota intan in English is diamond city because in the beginning in this place have a bastion castle of Batavia named bastion diamond or diamond.
• This bridge is the oldest bridge in Indonesia was build on 1628 by the dutch trade union or VOC with 30 meters long and 4,43 meters wide with maroon color bascule bridge.
• This bridge changed name time by time. At the beginning this bridge name was English brudge or engelse burg. Because this bridge for connecting between nedherland castle and English castle.
• On 1629 this bridge was broke because a war of mataram kingdom to Batavia castel. And rebuild on 1620 with name changed become de hoenderpasar burg or chicken market bridge because this location is chicken marketing place.
• On 1655 this bridge was broke again because flood and saltwater corrosion. After rebuild then named chaged become middelpunt burg or capital bridge.
• On 1938 the function of this bridge become hanging bridge to be able to lift for boat traffic and shy away from broken because flood. But still keep the bridge shape and the style. And this bridge changed name become phalsburg Juliana bridge because Juliana is the queen of nedherland on that time. Before that, this bridge named wihelmina brug or wihelmina bridge was modher of Juliana.
• After freedom of Indonesia this bridge name become jembatan kota intan until right now.

Setelah itu kita sambungkan dengan materi Kali Besar

• So ladies and gentleman this bridge located above thegroot t rivier or kali besar or in English big river. Before, this bridge was the boat lane for the boat lift the spices to sunda kelapa harbor. But that's when this river still deep.
• On the beginning this river was clean and nedherland women highest ups usually use boat for passing by the river.
• and at that time this is an elite area because so many rich people and nobleman live here.

Setelah itu kita sambungkan dengan materi Toko Merah

• there is some example elite house is toko merah or red shop that located near of kali besar stop.
• Before, this place was have by nedherland higher ups but after that this place being selling place of Chinese people, oey liauw kong since 19 century.
• This place named toko merah because of the red brick.
• On 1755, this shop become a collage and acadimie de marine dormitory that is dormitory for naval academy
• On 1786 until 1808 become a hotel.
• This place ever be health center of Batavia when japan colonial.
• But there is some history from this red shop because this is being the place of Chinese people was butchered, rape, and torture.
• Because the Chinese people more and more working at here. Because that the nedherland limit the Chinese people to come but against by Chinese people. Because that the nedherland army kill them at here.
• But now this place have some rebuild that make more modern and beautiful for capture and being a function hall.
