In the era of globalization, educational institutions face significant challenges in ensuring the quality of services and administrative effectiveness. One of the critical success factors is the optimal management of human resources (HR). Competent and adaptive HR can enable educational institutions to respond better to the dynamic needs of global education.  

The Importance of HR Management in Educational Administration  

HR management in educational institutions involves planning, developing, and evaluating educators and administrative staff. Well-managed HR can create a productive and harmonious work environment, ultimately improving the quality of education.  

For instance, developing educators' competencies through continuous training is crucial to addressing curriculum changes and advancements in educational technology. On the other hand, efficient management of administrative staff can accelerate academic service processes, such as student registration, financial management, and the provision of learning facilities.

   A recruitment process based on competencies and institutional values ensures that new hires have the potential to grow and contribute positively.
