Lina also realized that she had neglected some stress management techniques that usually helped, such as meditation and breathing exercises. Due to her busy work schedule, she often skipped meditation sessions and felt less connected to the mindfulness practices that had previously been so beneficial. Dr. Eva suggested that Lina reintegrate these techniques into her daily routine and try to better manage her time for rest and relaxation.

Additionally, Lina began reflecting on her feelings and tried to recognize negative thought patterns that might arise. One thing she discovered was that she often got caught up in "all-or-nothing" thinking, where she felt she had to do everything perfectly or not at all. This mindset often left Lina feeling overwhelmed and anxious, especially when facing challenges or setbacks.

With Dr. Eva's help, Lina learned to replace this negative thinking pattern with a more realistic and compassionate mindset. She began practicing self-compassion, which involved being understanding and gentle with herself when facing difficulties. Lina tried to be kinder to herself and reminded herself that setbacks did not define the entire recovery journey.

Lina also felt it was important to keep communicating with her family during this period. She informed them about the setback she was experiencing and asked for their support. Her family, especially her mother and Arman, provided valuable emotional support and helped Lina feel more connected and supported. They encouraged Lina to maintain her routine and reminded her of the progress she had already made.

Over the next few weeks, Lina began to see small improvements in her mood. Although this setback took time to overcome, Lina felt more prepared to face challenges and manage them in a healthier way. She continued working with Dr. Eva to address feelings of anxiety and stress, and gradually, the routine she had built once again provided the necessary support for her mental well-being.

Lina also realized that this setback offered an opportunity to understand herself more deeply. She learned that the recovery process was a journey full of twists and turns and that facing setbacks in a healthy way was an important part of that journey. Lina began to appreciate herself more and felt more ready to face the future with greater optimism.

With all the effort and support in place, Lina felt that, although this journey was not always easy, she had the tools and knowledge to navigate it. This setback, although challenging, ultimately helped her grow stronger and more prepared to face various aspects of life.
