3. Social Behavior
This paradigm refers to the work of B. F. Skinner, namely Beyond Freedom and Dignity (1971). This paradigm focuses on the relationship between individuals and the relationship between individuals and their environment. This paradigm states that the concrete and realistic object of sociology is the visible behavior of humans or individuals and their possible repetition. Social behavior is a stimulus and individual response to the social environment.
- Theories: Behavioral Sociology Theory and Exchange Theory.
