Mobile phones (HP), particularly smartphones or smart phones, have evolved into objects that are inextricably linked to us. The first thing you do when you wake up is check your phone for notifications. Before going to bed, we frequently play games or simply talk with those closest to us. According to the findings of the poll, the average Indonesian spends up to 5.5 hours each day on a smartphone or smartphone. It is not impossible that, as technology advances and the number of features supplied by this smart phone grows, the amount of time spent using it would grow.

The use of HP has been shown to have a harmful effect on our bodies. When using telephones, our eyes are the organs of the body that work the hardest. As a result, these harmful effects are particularly noticeable in the eyes. The radiation beam emitted by the HP is to blame for this. Radiation rays are radiant energy emitted by a radiation source in the form of heat, particles, or electromagnetic waves. When we look at a cellphone for an extended period of time, we become aware of the dangers of cell phone radiation to our eyes. If our eyes become fatigued, the heat energy released by these radiation beams will condense in the eyes (rather than spreading throughout the body) and eventually cause eyesight loss.

As a result, carrots may be beneficial in reducing the effects of smartphone radiation on the eyes.             Carrots are high in the antioxidants beta carotene and lutein. The ingredient is an antioxidant that can help reduce free radical damage to the eyes. Furthermore, the beta carotene that enters the body is transformed into vitamin A by the body. Night blindness can occur as a result of a vitamin deficit. Is it true, however, that carrots can help to reduce minus eyes? Carrots do, in fact, play an essential role in eye health, particularly in children. Carrots are high in carotenoid, which helps to keep your eyesight sharp. Furthermore, these veggies can help to prevent vitamin A deficiency in the body.

Even so, all of these components will not be able to cure a person's minus eye. This is due to the fact that when the shape of the eyeball becomes longer than usual, it is known as eye minus disorder. The shape of the eyeball cannot be restored no matter how many carrots you eat every day. Carrots' advantages are beneficial for eye health, however they cannot treat eye diseases. As a result, it is critical to maintain eye health at all times to avoid eye abnormalities. As a result, your eye health will be maintained as usual, and you will not require the assistance of glasses.

a. Don't stare at your phone or laptop screen for too long.

b. Recreational activities

Exercise can also help to keep your eyes healthy. When a person does not engage in physical activity on a regular basis, they run the risk of developing type 2 diabetes and diabetic retinopathy. Both illnesses can cause vision deterioration and lead to persistent eye problems.

These are some facts regarding carrots that show they are ineffective in treating eye diseases. Knowing these facts, it would be beneficial to consult a physician to determine more effective treatment options for the disease. As a result, the vision will be improved.
