A healthy lifestyle is an important thing that should be carried out by every individual, but because of the times that make each individual compete to survive or work hard, thus making people pay less attention to this. Along with the rapid development of technology and industry, it is easier for humans to get something instantly, not only electronic devices that are now fast-paced and sophisticated, but food can now be served quickly. 

Indeed, if viewed from the busyness of humans who need more efficient time to do all their activities, these things are very helpful. But today's humans mostly don't pay attention to their own health so they don't pay attention to the good and bad of the food they consume everyday

Worse, it is not only adults who experience unhealthy lifestyles, even teenagers experience unhealthy lifestyles. Health is no longer an important thing for teenagers who make electronic items such as iphone, ipad, laptop, and others, as their basic needs.

Some of the time they become consumed with electronic goods alone, so that they forget to eat, worse if they remember they prefer fast food. Which may be delicious but not healthy.

Therefore, let's take care of our health while we are still young, there are several efforts that can be done to implement a healthy lifestyle, namely:

1. Eat Healthy with Balanced Nutrition

To live a healthy life, you should at least eat fruit, vegetables, meat and other sources of carbohydrates. If you are still stuck in unhealthy eating habits, start by listing all the foods you eat every day.

2. Regular Exercise

Health experts recommend exercising at least 150 minutes per week. Starting from jogging, swimming, to aerobics, you can choose the type of exercise you like to get a healthy and fit body.

3. avoid stress

When stress hits, you can feel physical symptoms. To overcome this, you can take time to relax and do things that you enjoy.

4. Rest Enough

To get a healthy body and mind, you can also get it by getting enough rest.
