Process and Problems of Domestic Cargo Acceptance

CHAPTER I

Preface
We are discuss about domestic cargo acceptance in warehouse of Gapura Angkasa Soekarno-Hatta airport based on our experience in cargo, especially in acceptance.
We define the Acceptance is one of unit thataccept a goods or cargo which send to the consigneer.
acceptance has operation system that named WMS (Warehouse Management System) which connected directly to center of data base.

Acceptance have standard processing,there are:

Packaging cargo
PTI
X-Ray
CSX
Packaging
Labeling
Marking
BTB
NSG

That process whose completed with SMU in cargo, there some incident that unexpected like an operasional system that sometimes down or powerless. So the employees should do everything in manual with available format

This report will classified based on our Internship observation. We did together at worktime in warehouse, Start from morning shift until in evening shift.

based on our experience, there are many problems. so, we choose this topic about all of activities in domestic acceptance.
