Acrobatic bicycle existed in Indonesia since 1948. The event took place in a stadium in Solo. The man even wore traditional clothes of blangkon, surjan and jarig. The man did many tricks on an onthel bicycle and the spectators seemed amazed. The guards even have to take care the spectators that wanted to get close to the man and the bicycle. The man also took two children on his performance and the children seemed to enjoy their performance. It was back in 1948, three years after the Indonesian Independence.
