Storing Your Silicone Candle Molds

  Proper storage is essential to prolong the lifespan of your silicone candle molds.  

After cleaning and drying the mold, make sure it is completely free of any moisture or residue.  

You can apply a small amount of baby powder or cornstarch to the mold to keep it from sticking to itself during storage.  

Store the mold in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.  

Avoid folding or bending the mold, as this can cause it to lose its shape.  

If you have multiple molds, consider stacking them with a layer of parchment paper or a clean cloth between each mold to prevent them from sticking together.  

Preventing Damage to Silicone Candle Molds

  To prevent damage to your silicone candle molds, there are a few important tips to keep in mind.  

Avoid exposing the molds to extreme temperatures, as this can cause them to warp or become damaged.  

Always use a suitable mold release agent or spray before pouring hot wax into the mold to ensure easy removal of the finished candle.  

Do not use sharp objects or metal tools to remove the candle from the mold, as this can scratch or tear the silicone.  

Instead, gently flex the mold and push from the bottom to release the candle.
