Dear God,
Here's another tragedy
I managed to watch on big screen;
tears on Japan are tears on us
If this is a sequel of drama presented digitally;
I do hesitate to tell its Author's moral messages
Let alone the season finale...
I must humbly bow to You for my stupidity
let alone those who dwell in the chosen land
for my extreme limited spectacles,
this is beyond imagination: the loss, the destruction, the trauma
more than senses could consume
more than anything...
If this is a signal from Mother Earth;
attempting to search for, so-called- a new balance
since our hands keep dirty with dust of destroy
since our minds keep plotting new spots be transformed into money
then give us Your Mercy, God!
for Your Mercy will heal all anger of fire, waters, ice of nature
for we mostly think we step ahead when we actually step down
If this is a teaching;
then let all tragedies, miseries, wars, devastation
be our Prime Teachers to learn the real meaning of compassion, solidarity, and positiveness
than to scavenge the wisdom in each and every path of life
than to look for footsteps of nature prior to disaster
even demystify them
give us brave and strength: to recover, to reconcile, to rebuild
our fragility, our nation, our selves
amen!
