Evaluation of training activities and future plans for the IELLN - APINDO - MAKASSAR NETWORK collaboration program.

Monday, December 18 2023, at the Apindo building, South Sulawesi, a work meeting and evaluation as well as plans for training activities were held between IELLN, INNO CHANGE, APINDO and MAKASSAR NETWORK (MN).

This meeting was attended by representatives from Inno Change Philippines DR. Richard and Paulo, representatives from IELLN or Indonesia Entreprise Led Learning Network, Mr. Bandi, representatives of Apindo, Mr. Akhmadi and the Makassar Network joint chaired by Mrs. Neni, Mr. Alim, Asrul Sani, coach Fiko, Heni Suhaeni, Mrs. Dewi Talli, Mrs. Rina, Irma and most importantly attended by the extraordinary consultant of PT Energi Sengkang, Mr. Chalid.

This meeting was held so that training activities that will be carried out at the end of this year and next year can run smoothly and better by knowing the challenges and opportunities that will be faced in the future.

Of course, this meeting is very important so that the training carried out by IELLN can provide wider benefits and impacts not only for business owners but also for workers so they can improve their skills so they can compete in the VUCA / Volatile, Uncertain, Complex and Ambigous era.

The existence of IELLN and Inno Change as well as support from the Asian Development Bank so that the Indonesian economy can revive and move forward, should also receive support from the Indonesian government, especially from the ministries of labor, education and trade.

So that in the end, the level of education and level of expertise of the Indonesian people in general will have a positive impact on the Indonesian region and the Asian region in general.
