The sun never cares, it exists only to shine
Law never cares, it exists to advocate judgment
Power never cares, it exists only to consume weakness,
like a shadow lurking beneath the light
An oath left unspoken
Like a one-sided love
It's easy not to care

The measure of a man is what he cares about
And the best of them embraces the futility
 for a father loves, even if the price is the judgment upon his spirit
A son loves, even if the man only sees failure within his innocent breath
It's easy not to care, love is never easy
