Health is the main resource to buttress the role of individuals in life. A person's life is controlled by health, so health should be well implemented by everyone. But nowadays, more and more people do not care about their health. They do all the work without remembering the importance of maintaining health. The effect of health on human survival is huge but many people don't care about it. The concept of health is a balance between a person and the environment, the unity of soul and body, and the natural origin of disease health is a balance between a human and the environment, oneness between soul and body, and the source of disease. because the role of health is very important, therefore we must maintain the health of our bodies. There are five main aspects of personal health: physical, emotional, social, spiritual, and intellectual. To be considered "well," it is imperative for none of these areas to be neglected.

Health is important to live life to the fullest. When a person leads a healthy lifestyle, the body stays healthy and the mind is active and fresh. A healthy lifestyle prolongs life and regenerates the body and mind. Health is central to human well-being. Your health is the focus of your life. 

Every part of your life depends on your health. You cannot ascend in any of the other seven areas of your life without sufficient physical energy to engage in each. The more energy you have, the more you can accomplish in your day-to-day life. We all have the same hours of the day, so the only difference between us is the energy we put into every aspect of our lives.

Small things that have an impact on health that is : 

1. Hygiene

Cleanliness is a small thing that has a big impact on human health. Many people do not care about cleanliness, both the cleanliness of the environment and themselves. 

One small example that is often ignored by humans is littering. Garbage that is disposed of carelessly can invite various types of bacteria, viruses, and parasites. Diseases caused by bacteria from waste, for example, salmonellosis, shigellosis, staphylococcal food poisoning, skin infections, and tetanus. Another example is rarely bathing The result of rarely bathing is skin irritation. 

Dry skin, the appearance of reddish rashes, and inflammation can be experienced if you rarely bathe. This problem occurs due to the accumulation of dirt and dead skin cells that accumulate on the skin. Therefore, we must maintain the cleanliness of our environment and ourselves for optimal self-health.

2. Food

Furthermore, food is a small thing that also has an impact on human health. Food is a basic human need that is needed at any time and requires good and correct processing so that it is beneficial to the body because food is very necessary for the body. Food gives strength to the body so that the body can move. Therefore food is very important for the health of the body. if we do not take care of our diet, we will be attacked by diseases that threaten the health of our bodies. such as gastrointestinal infections, diarrhea, etc. So we need to maintain our diet and the food we eat so that our body's health is maintained.

3. Habit

   Habits are also small things that people often ignore, even though our habits can have an impact on our health such as mental health. The most dangerous thing is mental health which decreases due to watching pornography too often, and if this mentality is not immediately cured by stopping the habit of watching pornography, the consequences will be very dangerous. Moreover, children and youth whose minds have been tainted, of course, would be like sacrificing a very valuable nation's generation to be allowed to be damaged by pornographic films. therefore, we must get used to the right behavior in our daily lives, to support our lives.

Those are the little things we often do, and unknowingly they threaten our health. Today, make it a habit to practice habits, food, and hygiene. if these three things begin to realize, then our body health will be more optimal.
