Abstrac
The digital era has transformed the landscape of intellectual property rights (IPR), presenting both opportunities and challenges for innovation. This paper examines the implications of digital technology on IPR, focusing on how advancements in digital tools and platforms have altered the creation, distribution, and consumption of intellectual property. The rapid evolution of technology has led to increased instances of copyright infringement, piracy, and the unauthorized use of creative works, posing significant challenges for creators and businesses. Furthermore, the paper addresses the balance between protecting intellectual property and fostering an environment conducive to innovation, highlighting the need for adaptive legal frameworks. By analyzing case studies and current legal practices, this study aims to provide insights into effective strategies for navigating the complexities of IPR in a digital context. Ultimately, it underscores the importance of collaboration among stakeholders to promote a sustainable innovation ecosystem while safeguarding the rights of creators.
