“Black” But Important

Here we go,

Glad to be back, type some words as the description of the mind.
Well, this is the expression of my mind. Usually, i call this “the thinking of the thinker”.

Let’s get to the point.

Many times i was thinking about the thing which was seen. How could they appear like this? How could they show like that? But, is it true that thing happened only by itself? For me, of course not! There must be something happened behind them, make them seen like that or this.

Actually, why do i have to know about the things happen behind that? Why?
Yeah, i really like to know what is true or right. The truth itself. Sure, i’m the person who is really curious about something, even many times my curiosity really bother other people surround me and i keep pursuing. Well, sorry for that, friends.
Allow me to express my feeling about that: Hahahahaaaa…

I decided to know the thing behind, which was hidden. I chose to discover, learn, study, pursue about that. And you know what? I got it. When i want something, it means i mean it and i say: go get them!

There was a concert, music concert. It was a privilege and a pleasure for me to be a part of the concert. My friend asked me to join, she asked me to join to her team as backstage crew! Well, i said in the deeper of my mind “uyeahh my desire is answered!”

Shortly, we had some meetings, instructions and simulations to prepare the concert as the part of backstage crew. I learnt so much, worked together as one team, not only backstage crew but also can coordinate with the other divisions, the whole team. We simulated how’s the concert running, organized the performers timing, position, costumes, in and out the stage, mic and a lot of things else.

I saw how important it was, “the men behind”. So many traffic and pressure there, but it was really fun.

I got the answer, the answer for “How could they appear like this? How could they show like that? But, is it true that things going happened only by itself?”

There were many people working hard behind the SCENE, keep the rundown running well as SEEN, even they were not SEEN!

Before the performers came, sure long before the concert, they’d been there to prepare everything and after the concert, after the performers went home, long after the concert they were still there to clear up the stuff. And i said in my mind: It’s beautiful! Awesome!

This is the reason why i named the topic as “Black” but important. They are not seen, but really important to keep rundown running well. They are awesome managers!
