3 Habits to be More Productive

A habit is an action that we do repeatedly on a regular basis our daily habits will reflect how successful we are. Remember guys! Time is free, but limited. If we don't form good habits, time will just be wasted. 

Here are 3 habits to be more productive:

1. Read a book of at least five pages every morning
Besides adding knowledge, reading books can be useful for productivity, especially if you read them in the morning.

Reading books is useful for developing knowledge, mindset, and discovering new ideas.

If you can build reading books in the morning, your productivity is guaranteed to increase in the following hours, just try it!

2. exercise at least 30 min every day
If you want to get sick physically, your productivity will definitely decrease and vice versa. So spend at least 30 minutes every morning to exercise.

The sports can vary, according to you, you can jog, push up, lift weights or something else.

3. Meditate at least 10 min every day
Meditation can be used to regulate your calm. Humans are emotional creatures, so you must be able to control your emotions. Well, one way is by meditation, Min. 10 min every day is enough.

Although still underestimated, meditation is one of the most effective methods for maintaining mental health and mind

For the meditation part, Muslims don't have to think about how to do it, look for the five daily prayers, don't speed up, read the prayer every movement consciously and clearly, just like that, after praying you don't have to rush to do something, it's only about 5 minutes Remembrance and prayer, God willing, you will feel calm, the stress and burden of life will temporarily disappear until the next prayer time.

Now, it's time for you to force yourself so you can build positive habits, don't lose to feeling lazy
