It is also explained that the problems faced by analysts are methods for recognizing clusters and groups in a specified set of space and time. A method is needed that can observe many groups so that the sum of the squared deviations from the cluster average is as small as possible. In this book, the author provides a model that has been observed which discusses the repeated reassignment of observations into clusters. The author states that there is something that must be done to be able to demonstrate the existing graphical capabilities of GIS. The author hopes that the emergence of digital databases can revive conventional spatial studies when matched with very large data sets and for efficient computational geometry routines. But to realize this, there are many problems that analysts will face.EVALUATION
This journal provides a strong argument for the urgent need to regulate health informatics services. The author successfully conveys the importance of this regulation by using concrete examples, which illustrate the real risks that patients face when software errors are not detected or fixed. In addition, the author also offers practical and applicable solutions, such as the CE mark which is already known in other industries for clinical software. However, the use of scientific language used in this journal is difficult for lay readers to understand. So it takes reading it several times to understand the content and intent of the journal.

Although this journal provides information and is relevant, there are several aspects that are still being developed further. For example, an explanation of how the proposed regulation can be implemented effectively in various countries with different health systems would provide a more comprehensive understanding. In addition, although this journal has included several case examples, it would be better if the arguments presented were supported by empirical data
