INTRODUCTION
At this time, the author will review the journal by Muhammad Sirajuddin, Dihin Muriyatmoko, and Taufiqurrahman. The journal they made is about making an application that can facilitate learning tajwid for prospective Darussalam Gontor students. And the work is entitled "Mobile-based Tajwid 1 Learning Media at the Gontor Entrance Guidance Institution with the Demonstration Method". This journal discusses how this application becomes a learning medium for tajwid science for prospective students who will face an oral exam as one of the requirements when registering at the Darussalam Gontor Islamic boarding school.
SUMMARY
This journal is divided into several important points that explain the stages from the beginning of making the application, implementation, to the final stage. The science of tajwid is one of the oral exam materials for prospective students who want to enter the modern Darussalam Gontor Islamic boarding school. However, since 2014, Gontor has no longer held tutoring for prospective students due to certain reasons, which makes prospective students confused in finding tutoring to pass the Gontor entrance exam. The learning method used in this application is the demonstration method. The demonstration method can show the process of an event or behavior that is exemplified so that it can be understood and known by students, both in imitation and in reality

This journal discusses the real need for Tajwid learning tools, especially for students who are preparing to face the Gontor oral entrance exam
