era where information can be easily accessed through various platforms, the younger generation has a golden opportunity and a big responsibility to be active in the political realm. The availability of information should provide a means for them to make more informed decisions. 

However, ironically, this phenomenon sometimes leads to the opposite result. Too often, information is spread without being properly filtered or assessed, leaving the younger generation trapped in a vortex of inaccurate, even wrong, information. 

This results in superficial views and comments made without sufficient understanding, which ultimately only complicates political discussions. Intelligent participation in political issues requires more than just receiving raw information. Young people should consider sources of information critically, evaluating their reliability and relevance before drawing conclusions or expressing views. 

Without a critical thinking framework, the information circulating can easily be misleading, creating an environment where political incomprehension is commonplace. 

Therefore, it is important for the younger generation not to only get involved sporadically in politics or based on superficial information. They should strive to deepen their understanding of complex political issues. This requires them to actively learn and understand political mechanisms and the impact of proposed or implemented policies.

In facing political complexity, awareness of the importance of an informed approach and critical thinking becomes crucial. In this way, the younger generation can make valuable contributions to discussions on relevant issues, without being trapped in stupidity or ignorance that can be detrimental to themselves or society as a whole. So how to avoid all that? So there are several things that young people must understand, namely the need for deep understanding, critical thinking before speaking, responsibility in disseminating information, and respect for other views. 

The young generation has extraordinary potential in bringing positive change in society. To optimize this potential effectively, it is very important for them to have a solid understanding of the basic aspects of politics before actively engaging in political discussions or actions. 

This is not just a surface understanding, but also involves a deep understanding of the political system that applies in their country, uncovering the political history that shapes current political conditions, as well as in-depth analysis of the impact of political decisions on various aspects of social life. Understanding the political system is not just a basis, but is a strong foundation for the younger generation to articulate their ideas and aspirations. 

Understanding the mechanisms of political structures, decision-making processes, and the exercise of power helps them grasp the essence of political dynamics and seek more targeted solutions. Along with this, tracing political history not only provides an overview of the country's journey to date, but also identifies patterns that may repeat themselves or signal better policy directions in the future. No less crucial is understanding the implications of every political decision taken. 

Political decisions not only affect the realm of government, but also have a significant impact on daily life, including aspects of the economy, education, environment and various other social fields. With a solid understanding of the implications of political decisions, the younger generation can be smarter in choosing the changes or improvements they hope for, as well as conveying arguments based on accurate information and facts in political discussions.

Thinking critically is an important foundation when engaging in political conversations. This is not just a rough assessment of information, but rather the ability to examine, analyze and understand all aspects of the information available. With critical thinking skills, a person is able to identify reliable sources of information, assess the validity of data, and avoid spreading false or misleading information. Before expressing an opinion, it is important for young people to carefully evaluate the assumptions underlying the information they receive. This includes investigating the author's background, the purpose behind the information presented, as well as asking questions regarding the suitability and accuracy of the information provided. Thus, these measures aim to prevent the spread of information that is provocative or based on claims that are difficult to verify. Not only that, critical thinking also allows the younger generation to view information from various perspectives. This helps in understanding the complexity of political issues and supports the delivery of more comprehensive and informed views. With deeper understanding, individuals can strengthen their arguments with solid facts and avoid the pitfalls of spreading opinions that are not supported by accurate information.

In the age of social media which allows information to spread at speed, the younger generation has an important role in spreading news and political views. The speed of information on various platforms increases their responsibility to ensure the truth and accuracy of the information published. Poorly verified information can often spread quickly, even before its truth is confirmed. Therefore, it is important for the younger generation to realize that every upload or comment they share can have a significant impact in shaping public opinion. Moral responsibility in verifying information before it is disseminated is very important. The younger generation must train themselves to become trustworthy sources of information by cross-checking various sources, verifying the veracity of the information they receive, and being careful about spreading unverified content. By ensuring the truth of information, the younger generation has great potential to become agents of positive change by spreading trustworthy ideas, accurate facts and deep thoughts. This not only helps provide a better view of society, but also builds confidence in the younger generation as responsible and intelligent disseminators of information in today's digital era.

Involvement in political discussions often becomes a stage for various views and ideas to collide with each other. Respecting other people's perspectives is a crucial element in maintaining the integrity and continuity of the dialogue. There is a great interest in respecting diverse views, even though differences of opinion are at the heart of political diversity. However, this does not justify us blaming or denigrating different views without being supported by strong arguments or understanding. Respect for differences of opinion is not a sign of weakness, but rather a reflection of maturity and maturity in discussions. Each individual brings a unique background, beliefs, and values. Therefore, an open attitude and respect for differences of opinion is an essential basis for building constructive dialogue. By appreciating other people's perspectives, we open the door to broadening our horizons and improving our decision-making abilities in the future.

Therefore, the young generation, as the foundation of the future, plays an important role in determining the political direction of a nation. Their potential to shape positive change is enormous, but this will not happen by itself. Their involvement in the world of politics is not only determined by their courage to speak out, but also by their ability to carry out constructive dialogue and be able to consider various views wisely. It is a must for the younger generation to be willing to learn. They must master the basic aspects of politics, from government structures to the values that drive political decisions. Without a solid understanding, the risk of errors in interpreting information or conveying erroneous views will be greater. Talking about critical thinking skills, this is a skill that must be possessed by the younger generation. In the midst of an abundant flow of information from various sources, it is important for them to be able to filter and evaluate information critically before taking a position or opinion. Critical thinking will make them smarter and more informed contributors when discussing politics. Responsibility in disseminating information is also a crucial element. Social media, as the main platform for conveying ideas, requires more caution. The younger generation has great power in disseminating information. Therefore, they have a moral responsibility to ensure the truth of information before sharing it, avoid spreading false information, and always prioritize the truth in all the content they share. The ability to respect other people's views is also the main basis for building healthy discussions. Facing differing political views, it is important to remember that each individual has their own perspective. Respecting diversity of political views is a crucial first step in building better understanding and cooperation in society. Therefore, for the younger generation, it is very important to take a more active role in politics with full awareness. Only by gaining a deep understanding, thinking critically, being responsible in disseminating information, and respecting diversity of views, will the young generation become agents of positive and impactful change in the world of politics.
