3. Mendorong proses dialog dan rekonsiliasi untuk mengatasi penyebab mendasar dari konflik dan mempromosikan upaya pembangunan perdamaian.
Sejauh ini, Human Rights Watch telah bekerja keras untuk terus mempromosikan perlindungan sipil, bantuan dan respons kemanusiaan, serta akuntabilitas khususnya di Sudan Selatan, dengan menyelidiki pelanggaran Hak Asasi Manusia, melaporkan situasi pelanggaran Hak Asasi Manusia, dan mengadvokasi tindakan dari badan dan pemerintah internasional.
