1 cm Galangal
1 tbsp Coriander
2 bay leaves
2 lemongrass stalks
How to cook:
The first thing we do is grind the ground spices, namely, shallot, garlic, ginger, galangal, coriander, candlenut, turmeric and, add oil to taste.
After that, cook the ground spices with bay leaves (crushed) and lemongrass (crushed), until slightly fragrant, put the chicken into the ground spices until fragrant.
After fragrant, enter the coconut milk, look for it, wait for 10-15 minutes and add the thick coconut milk, wait until it is cooked.
If it is ready to cook, add salt or seasoning.
And be the thick gravy chicken opor.
This chicken opor can be eaten by up to 3-4 people. This is my opinion, I usually eat this chicken opor the best with chili paste and fried shallots, it tastes really good.
